At VIP PLATES we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable experience when promoting your car number plates through our featured listing services. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your ad.
Modification or Cancellation of Ads
If you need to make changes or cancel your featured listing, please reach out to us within 24 hours of submission. After this window, modifications or cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:
- A technical issue occurred that prevented the ad from being displayed properly.
- The listing was not published according to the package selected.
Please note: Refunds will not be granted for a change of mind after the ad has gone live or if the ad was published correctly.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at support@vipplates.ae. All requests will be carefully reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed promptly.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Listings that have been live on the website for the full or partial duration of their term.
- Ads correctly published as per the selected plan.
By submitting a featured ad on our platform, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.
